We use low-volume, personalized business outreach. Messages must identify the sender, avoid misleading subject lines, include opt-out language, and honor opt-outs.
Patient Messaging
Clinics should only message patients or prospects where they have appropriate permission or an existing inquiry. Automated patient follow-up should include opt-out language such as "Reply STOP to opt out." Public lead forms require a consent checkbox before submission.
Not Allowed
- Cold SMS blasts.
- Robocalls or auto-dialed calls without required consent.
- Fake patient inquiries through clinic forms.
- Misleading guarantees or clinical claims.
- Using the service to send diagnosis or treatment advice.
