Healthcare Data

The service is designed for intake and scheduling workflows. Clinics should avoid submitting sensitive clinical records unless a proper production agreement, vendor review, and any required business associate agreement are in place.

Sharing

We do not sell clinic data. We may use service providers for hosting, messaging, analytics, payments, support, and security, subject to appropriate contracts.

Retention

We keep pilot data only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, comply with obligations, or as configured by the clinic.
